At the turn of a walk, the stone quays of Perast are an invitation to la dolce vita. This is the opportunity to enjoy a coffee on the terrace, soothed by the rippling water or to climb out of the small streets to enjoy one of the most beautiful views of the bay. The town of Kotor is only a few kilometers away. A little further, the islets of Saint-Georges and Notre-Dame-du-Rocher invite you to a romantic boat break, which is offered to many tourists in the summer.
Saint-Georges, closed to visitors, is home to a medieval monastery and the ancient cemetery of Perast, while Notre-Dame-du-Rocher offers visitors a view of its charming chapel. Perast attracts more and more tourists and it can become difficult to park there without paying a single price which necessarily includes the boat tour and the visit to the Notre-Dame-du-Rocher church. If this is not on your agenda, it would be better to park further away and walk a bit while enjoying the view.
